Heard these at the Syndrome meeting at Charles'  last night. Very impressive. Smooth, accurate and coherent, with very good bass for their size.

I agree with that. I heard them at CAF, they were my fav speakers at the show. They look nice and sound really great. Definitely worth this price. I have been thinking about them since the show. Wish I could grab these for myself!

I agree with everything that's been said.  I sent a PM to a member who is away and should be back this week who really liked them.

Hi Charles,
I have not heard either the Lenehan or Soundfield M1's.  Where does each one shine re: type of music, or effects of room? How does the Lenehan S2R differ from the S2?
Thanks,
Harvey

They both shine however the Lenehan is just a tad more linear and refined on the topend. with a larger soundstage. . The Soundfields have more bass output and go lower . They have a built in amp for the woofer section. The Soundfields list for $2200 less. Kaboom for the buck goes to Soundfield, overall sonics go to Lenehan.
    Thanks for the comments guys.

Yes they are. We also have a pair of prototype S2's for a great price of $1200.  A little larger cabinet then the production model. high gloss black finish. Thanks for asking. Soundfields are $1300.

We are clearing out our inventory of Demo speakers. The S2R is available for $1500 and the prototype S2 for $900.  Piano black finish. The S2R has leatherette covering with piano black sides.
