Tennis fan I am.  Watch all the Grand Slams.  Good to see Murray win a big one at last.  I was pulling for Azarenka in the women's final just cause she is so pretty to watch and with grit to burn.

I'm glad Murray finally got a major tittle. 
The wind was tough for both player, Murray handled much better.

Well, I have to admit that I was pulling for Djokovich.  I dislike poor sports, and Murray has a history of bad behavior.  However, he put on an amazing display of of how to return a serve.

I was pulling for Serena for the same reasons.  Fact was Azarenka had a 5-3 lead in the final set and was 2 points from winning set/match, yet she couldn't pull it off. Even at 5-4, Azarenka was serving for the win and couldn't hold service. Serena gutted it out and pulled out that title by coming from behind. It was good stuff!

Well Flushing Meadows is next door to me in NY. And I'm still pumped up from Serena's Gold Medal from the Olympics, she's shines in my eyes. USA-USA-USA 

AFAIC, Azarenka was looking her best when after the match, she was sitting there with her face buried in her hands. Just kidding

Serena still amazes me with that linebacker build.  Didn't realize she was born in Saginaw Michigan (45 miles from me) until I caught it during coverage.  Stosur is the only female tennis player I'm aware of with close to her for a muscular build.

Doesn't surprise me that a Scot would be able to play in the wind.
