I finally got around to listing my HT-3's for sale on Audiogon. These HT3’s are finished in beautiful quilted makore with cocobolo hardwood front baffles. Plinths and spikes included. These speakers are about 7 years old and use the Aurum Cantus G2 tweeter, which was Salk’s tweeter of choice when these were made. In addition to the incredible finish, upgrades include:
• Switchable active/passive option (passive crossovers can be bypassed by selector switches on back of speaker)
• Midrange/tweeter crossover upgrade – caps and inductors
Current pricing on HT3’s with these options is about $7000.
