Kevin,

I can't find the WMD on your site?  I just see the Tumult driver.

Am I losing my mind or are you not selling it anymore?

It has been removed in the short term because I'm making some changes.   We are out of stock of the Kiega amplifiers and in the future WMD will be a passive sub.   We are going to use a derivation of the Exodus Amplifier to power these which includes all the crossover functionality of the Kiega plus 2 channels of PEQ, LT circuit & about 500W more power.     This will extend the low end to below 20HZ F3 and give the user the ability to flatten any room nodes.   I don't have an ETA on the new amplifier but we are shooting for somewhere near the end of summer.

Thanks Kevin.

I was trying to recommend the WMD to a friend who feels that my subs are much to big for his room.

I look forward to your changes.

It kind of surprised me but the 25HZ F3 of the WMD15 with the Keiga amplifier really seemed to slow sales.   They really didn't sell very well and most of the Keiga amplifiers sold to DIYers rather than as part of the WMD.

The goal of the new amplifier is to remove the main objection that most people seem to have concerning the Keiga version of the WMD 15.   We also have the opportunity to add a couple features and more power is needed with the EQ & LT curcuits in order to take full advantage of the Tumult.   I'm also considering a PR version since there are plenty of people who are interested in maximum output & extension for HT use.

Overall price is going to go up as the amplifier is much more expensive than the Keiga.   It will also require more rack space as the new amplifier will be the same footprint as the Exodus amplifiers.

bubba:   Yes... that is the last one that will be assembled with the Keiga.   We still have two demo units though.... one at Adire and one here that I'll sell eventually.
