Id_107, what does it mean and how do I avoid it

Hi All,

Some of you have noticed this code pop up on the front of your bdp's.  This code is mearly feedback, it occurs when a bdp is unable to mount one or more partitions on a drive that is plugged in.  Most people who are seeIng this, see this because they have plug in a drive using a guid partition table.  This is a new partition scheme that allows for part ions greater then 2TB (or 3TB, I might be misremembering that exact value).  When ever you use a guid pqrtition table, even to create a single partition on the drive in question; two partitions are created regardless.  You have the partition you intended to create, plus a small 200 MB partition.  This 200MB partition, usuall labeled EFI is a system partition and the cause for the id107 code to appear.  Your partition with all your music should still appear given a few minutes.  To avoid this all together simply format your drives using an mbr partition scheme.  I believe Marius has posted how to do this in a previous post.
