where can I purchase a magnetic source finder device for measuring leakage at AC cable connectors

Most "flux leakage" doesn't happen at the connectors. The field is related to current flow, the more current the greater the field. The more widely separated the Hot (send) and Neutral (return) wires are, the greater the field.
