DAMN, Scott!  That looks great!  What the hell is it?   :thumb:

BTW, I emailed John with "just the facts", and will call him in a few days after he thinks about it.  Scary shit, all these different changes!

It's a Walker 6.1 with a MAS 282 arm. It's a suspended table.

Just got her cleaned, oiled and the arm dialed in. I put it in the system and she's not too bad at all. I'm kinda diggin' the arm. It sounds pretty good.

I think I'm going to have a 3/4" thick acrylic platter made for it down at Gordons Plastics. The existing platter is MDF and it sounds OK but I can hear the MDF. The acrylic should take this thing to the next level. The other thing I might do is replace the synchronous motor with a decent stepper I've got on hand. If I do that, This could turn into quite the little table.

Only trouble is I bought this to flip it. If I stick too much in it, I could screw myself...then I'd have to keep it :duh: :thumb:
