Klaus is the Michael Dell of the audio world. The concept of selling through the web, eliminating the middleman, selling at a very competitive price and maintaining the same price any where in the world is truly refreshing. I am fed up of being suck dry by distributors and "exclusive" agents whose attitude of "take it or leave it" have make quality audio enjoyment a painful experience. We need some one like him.
