Selling my trusty REL Storm 3 (in black) with 30' Neutrik cable, carpet spikes, and owner's manual. Rated a 7/10 on the audiogon scale as I'm the second owner and the previous owner touched up a few light marks. One light scratch and a few small rub marks, all are invisible from the listening position. Otherwise the unit is in great shape physically and sonically. No real dents, chips, or finish piercing scratches. I'm only selling because I have Thiel 2.4's and had a chance to pick up a Thiel SmartSub. Adding the REL made a huge difference in the sound of my system, and I really loved having it, but I can't resist going with an all Thiel system.
This sub is well-loved, and for good reason. Powerful, but easy to integrate into any system with the extensive crossover controls. The lower model, the Strata 3, has been part of Stephaen's reviewing gig @ 6moons.com and the higher-powered Storm 3 is well-reviewed in many places. New, the Storm 3 sold for $1795. I'll let mine go (with the Neutrik cable and all original accessories) for $750. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees (if used).
No surprises to be had, but I'll add pictures showing the black monolith in the next couple days.
