I just bought a brand new Tascam DP-24 (24 track multitrack digital recorder) and tc electronic Nova System multieffects processor. I'm looking for talented musicians to help make my next album! I can do quiet inline stuff here but prefer to hook up with a drummer with an acoustic set, mics and a dedicated space to work in. I mostly play bass but dabble in the common instruments (guitar, keys, a bit of brass) and write. No deadlines here, no compensation except to be rewarded with a good time spent chilling with the machines and some homemade tunes. I'm thinking a once-weekly music club-type arrangement might be appropriate, maybe a jam night in a local club to boot once we get a coupla tunes.
