Hello, I'm reading Inside the Vacuum Tube. It's great. I tried this in the 90s and couldn't understand the tube engineering books I found. Inside the Vacuum Tube is just right for my first book.
What would be some good next books to read that are simple to understand but will take me toward being able to design my own amp and preamp? Hopefully I don't have to jump back into the equation-heavy engineering books. I'm in no hurry; I have time to read a few books.
