This is the top of the line Tripath amp from Virtue Audio, featuring an aluminum face with chrome buttons, a zebrawood top and black sides. This one is fully decked out with the following upgrades:
- Dodd audio tube buffer
- Sonicap Platinum bypass caps
- Dodd audio battery kit
- Psvane 12AX7-t tube
The battery kit includes all cables, charger and batteries, but does not include the metal box that Virtue also offered. I also have the JT Dynamic linear power supply available.
Included are the black plastic remote control, the original JJ tube, and the 24v/65w switching power supply. This amp will output max 87wpc into 4ohms, see
