For sale is my CI Audio VDA-2 DAC and VAC-1 power supply. I have the original packaging, original wall wart power supply, power cables, as well as paperwork. This is a truly outstanding DAC, designed by the master of Audio Alchemy fame, Dusty Vawter. I have owned this DAC for about 3 years and I am reluctantly selling it due to system restructure. It is well built, has always performed flawlessly and meticulously cared for.

I am rating it a very conservative 8 (on Audiogon scale) and will probably regret selling it. I am fairly new to Audiocircle and haven't posted much, but have been a loyal Audiogoner for several years (until the terrible changes were made). You can see my feedback there under Ryanpdavidson

I don't have any pics of the actual units at this time, but the DAC is essentially flawless. I see no marks, dents, scratches or any other signs of abuse. See the stock pics for reference. I'll spare the technical details because I think most people looking at this will know what it is, or will do most of their own research.

I would like to get $415 for everything

At my asking price I'll toss in a 1.5 meter Blue Jeans Cable Belden 1694A 75 ohm digital coax cable terminated with Canare 75 ohm RCA connectors. I will also include UPS ground shipping costs (including insurance).

Please feel free to ask questions or make offers.
This DAC is available for sale to residents of the lower US 48 states only. Ships from 47714.
Paypal adds 3% to the final price.

Thanks for looking! Please don't make me put this on Audiogon.  :?

BUMP! Geesh. I can't imagine a better DAC at this price. There may be more versatile DACs in this price range, but for sound quality, I'm scratching my head.

BUMP. Price Drop.
Moving in two weeks. Want to sell before I move, but will take it with me if I need to.
Still scratching my head.
With an M2Tech hiface or VLink, you'd have a truly excellent and space saving desktop DAC. Might end up doing this myself.
