This is one of the products that
www.diyhifisupply.com sells assembled only. It is an OTL headphone amplifier. Tubes are (2) 12AU7, and one 6AS7. There are two inputs, switch on the back near the inputs. There is a volume control on the front, and separate 1/4" headphone jacks on the front, one from the anode and the other from the cathode of the 6AS7. The website notes that there is a front panel switch to select 0, 3, or 6 dB of feedback. In reality, this is a two position switch, marked -3 and -6 dB, and seems to be an attenuator.
Included will be the supplied balanced mode to HD600 type headphone connector detailed on the website. The included tubes will be: the original set of (2) unmarked 9 pin tubes and the 6N5PJ output tube, all slightly used; (2) Psavane 12AU7T and an NOS Philips JAN 6080WC which has been my operational set; another of the Philips and an NOS Tung-Sol FAA 6080WA, both used briefly to confirm that they were good. I have the original box.
