Any Idea where  to get the divider I need on my RM30M speaker? ..

What do you mean by "divider"? Crossovers used to be called dividing networks. It looks like the bases need a little TLC (wood glue and some clamps and/or screws specifically). You can order parts by calling 510-222-4276.
