I have accumulated a good number of type 45 vacuum tubes (about 50 or so), so it is time to thin the herd.
I am tired of selling on (e.g., paying) Ebay so I thought I would try here first to see if there is any interest. I will let this ad run for about a week or so, then I will be back off to Ebay to make a few sales.
I have a number of pair of ST types I can sell. Price will generally range from $60-100/pair based on type and test results.
I can also sell some ST singles if interested (for any I cannot reasonably match up). Price will generally range from $20-50 based on type and test results.
I also have a handful of globe singles but nothing I can reasonably pair. Globe 45 prices are outrageous these days, so these will go generally from $50 to over $100 each.

TESTING AND MATCHING
All tubes have been tested on a recently refurbed Westmore 501 (similar to a Triplett 3444) for both transconductance and plate current, and will be matched on the basis of those test results.
Pairs will also be matched based on common internal construction and, where possible, will be of the same brand. I can also make "pairs of singles" if you are not so concerned about these things.
Regardless of test results, all tubes that I sell should be considered used.
I do have a small SE 45 amp and, if desired (and if I can find the time), I can run any pair through that amp for an actual use check.
DISCLAIMER ON TUBE TESTING
Although my tube testers tend to be reliable, YOUR TUBE TESTER MAY GIVE A DIFFERENT RESULT THAN MINE, so please take that into account. To avoid any misunderstanding, my tube tester results control this transaction.
I cannot guarantee (or even remotely predict) how any tube will sound or perform in your equipment. Test results are only an indication of tube performance under a very limited (and non-ideal) environment. I expressly disclaim any and all representations, warranty and liability with respect to any tube sales, and any responsibility for your use of these tubes.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment can be via money order/cashier’s check/personal check preferred but, except for US Postal Money Orders, all must clear my bank first. Cash is OK for a local transaction.
I also accept Paypal for convenience (add 3% to for USA, and 4% for Canada). IF YOU PAY VIA PAYPAL, HOWEVER, A CONDITION OF YOUR PAYMENT IS THAT YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO FILE A PAYPAL CLAIM OR CHARGE BACK (but do retain the right to sue me in court should you so desire).
Shipping will be via US Postal Priority Mail, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
