I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole unless it was $10 at a yard sale. $200? I think not...

Adventure for me these days is finding new artists in the clearance bins at Half Price Books. Not an ambulance ride to the hospital because of poorly grounded home-brew.

It might be fine but for $200 I expect an item from a name brand mfr where there is service data and at least a possibility of support in case of difficulty. You could probably get a decent used NAD or H-K for the same coin. It might be different if the item was coming from the original builder and could give you some pertinent info about it other than how many inputs it has.
