Salk WOW1s arrived and initiated yesterday. Both the finish of the wood (bird's-eye maple) and the sound are spectacular. Am using them in a secondary setup: 30-pin digital output of iPod -> Wadia 171i dock/transport -> FiiO D-3 24/192 DAC -> AudioSource 50 wpc amp -> WOW1s. 50 wpc seems sufficient without clipping but, if necessary, will buy another AudioSource 50 wpc amp and drive each speaker with one amp @ 100 wpc.
