Large Ribbon Center demo.  Never left my soundroom.  New 12/15/03. Mint condition.  Home trial OK seller pays all UPS.  The best center I've heard except for the $1600 VMPS RM30C endcap version.  MSRP $950 + $75 SoundCoat = $1025 total, sell $615 + UPS.  Will happily ship worldwide via superb Menlo International (formerly Emery Worldwide).  Can hear/see 4o minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Is there a FST option with that?

I can drive it to VMPS to have the HET & new XO installed, MSRP +$200 extra.  Make me a cash offer I can't refuse!  It's mint!  You'll love it!

Is the FST the same as the HET?.  If not, what's the difference?

Thanks

Yes, they are. I wish Brian limited it to one acronym, but there are two.  Free Swinging or High Energy Tweeter.  Free-swinging means the diaphragm is supported only on the 2 ends, a quality necessary to be labled a true ribbon vs. a leaf tweeter or quasi-ribbon.

The dual acronyms are not as bad as the "Dipole Surround", which has a bipolar radiation (the $1200pr MSRP Dipole Surround SEs, updated about a month ago, are superb matches for the ribbons with virtually identical voicing).  Highly recommended as side &/or rear surrounds with the ribbons up front.
