Another great sub woofer deal. I am giving these woofers away.

Almost giving them away.

I have some SW-12A's that have been repaired. The original SW-12A's had some mass added under the dust cap that caused some dust cap failures. So these were sent in under warranty and were replaced with new ones. I have now repaired these with new dust caps. They all check out fine and are in good working order.

I am giving them away for $59 each.

Parameters are very close to those listed for the SW-12B: http://gr-research.com/sw-12b.aspx

I have five of these on hand and that's it. So if you want to take advantage of this great deal you better jump on them quick.

I was super excited for a bit. . . with the thought of you truly giving these away. . .

Either way, sounds like a great deal!

How much space do they need?

1.2 cubic feet sealed works great.

I don't suppose you have any SA-1 amps laying around? :)

Do you have any suggestions for a low priced sub amp to run a sealed SW-12A?

Yeah, I have used a lot of them and have recommended them many times. Steve Slater (owner of Apex Jr.) is a really good guy to deal with too.

Danny, I have 3pair of that driver and passive radiator combo and have not had any problems with the weighted dustcap so far. Would I be able to just purchase the new dustcaps from you and do the repair-update myself? I feel that I would be able to do a good job myself and do not want to remove the drivers from their enclosures to send them away...Albert

There is one left. They went quick. Would you like that last one?

If you even have any problems I have plenty of new dust caps.
