For Sale: I have a brand new Variable Gain Preamp ready to go! This is the newest version of my battery preamps. The gain is variable from 0 db-18db.
This unit is in a small chassis and it has 2 inputs and 2 outputs and remote volume. It uses 2 tubes from the 6DJ8 family, but has been optimized for use with the Russian 6H30. It comes with Sonicap and Sonicap Platinum bypass caps.
This unit does not come with the 6H30's or the battery and charger. It will come with tubes just not 6H30's. If you want the battery and charger it will add $140 to the total cost. It is pretty much broken in as I have been using it for awhile now. It is also ready to pack and ship imediately! $1200 gets it. $20 for USPS shipping in the states. This is the best by far of all the buffers and preamps I have built. It will fit perfectly into any system!
