Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Nice to see severel people I'm familiar with here!

I'm pretty new to the world of hifi and I'm eager to learn as much as I can. I've been trying to purge my college lo-fi system and it's been a fun but expensive trip.

As far as planars go, I owned MMG's for almost a year and then 2 weeks ago I hand-delivered them back to Magnepan as I had just placed an order for 3.7's (and blew my audio budget for the forceable future). The 3.7's should hopefully arrive in the next 2-3 weeks.

My trip to Magnepan was pretty great, and I can copy my post from the other place here to share my experience here. Thanks again for the warm welcome!
