Actually the RSA stuff IS designed to work with 240v or 50hz, no problem.  That's one of the beauties of the units.
And that's straight from the word of the designer himself...

TONEPUB, all RSA products are multi-voltage compatible without the need of any tampering or adjustments on them?

Nice price for the Haley.  I have one and it was a huge step up from my PS Audio Quintet power conditioner.  Good luck with the sale.
