If you don't have any luck here, give Mark at Reno Hifi a call. He moves a lot of used andnew Pass gear. And he even offers a trial period with no restock fee for new or used items. Great guy, great gear.

That price is crazy. Reno HiFi sells them $700 less and that's a dealer.

Yeah, sorry I didn't have the time to research the going price for those preamps. Maybe informing the seller of this will lead to a price reduction. Or not.

Na, even if I got him to Reno's price which seems unlikely I would still buy from Mark for the warranty and the check up at pass labs.

I would prefer the full case I know it's just vanity. Mark at Reno will have one in a few weeks but not full case. When that comes available I will go forward if no other option comes up.

I have the one with the full ps, it's in excellent condition and was sent to Pass Labs for a full check up just last fall.  I had the low gain dropped by 3db...as I didn't need the higher gain.  It still has the original hi gain setting as well.

What would you offer?
