Hope the demo went well. Too bad it was on the wrong coast!

(Must've cost a nontrivial amount to move those speakers cross-country, too.)

Trinnov's room correction is capital-i Impressive, though it's too bad the only current-production pieces using it* are five-figure boxes from ADA. (Or?)

I'd also really like to hear a CBT, though I haven't yet. Should really fix that. :)

*Yes, I am aware of the Sherwood R-972. I use one in my nearfield system. But it's discontinued.

Many positive comments and one recording engineer considering a pair for monitors.  :thumb:
Where are you located? Maybe I can arrange for a demo.

Do you use the room correction in Trinnov or only loudspeaker correction?
Can you hear any difference optimizing phase?

How do you experience Trinnov compared to DEQX?

Not far from you (ATL).

I've been meaning to contact you privately to see if you'd be available for an audition at your home base when I have time. The problem is the "when I have time" part.

Now that I've signed the paperwork for a new loft with concrete floors and a metal ceiling (August move-in), limiting vertical directivity seems more important to me than it has in the past. Though of course I'll try my current LCR speakers* in the space to see how they do once the room is furnished before seriously considering a new purchase.

*12" concentric drivers from Tannoy's System 12 DMT II midfield monitor in bespoke cabinets by Nathan Funk. Currently with passive crossover but that's soon to be replaced by the miniDSP 8x8 I just picked up.

I have not heard the GameChanger (CBT45) with the Trinnov. They wanted to use the speakers for their exhibit room and I was unable to attend the show. The show comments have been very positive and in talking with those that have heard the DEQX they thought the Trinnov did just as well.
