I'm the second owner of these Magnepan MMG speakers with black wood with dark gray cloth. The pair is in very good condition. The cloth has no tears/snags. These are sonically excellent in a small to medium room. I have an aci force subwoofer I would consider selling with them that matches well with them if the buyer is interested.
