We are getting close to buying a camper, and am wondering if anyone has run their SB Touch on a 12v to 5v DC converter, with an external drive, and if so, how it works?
I have a mini 1 TB drive (pair of them, actually) that I use to back up my music server drive, and it would be great fun to get another SB Touch for the camper, plug in the mini drive, and listen to all my tunes with phones while camping. Maybe get a battery-operated headphone amp or dac/amp to go with it.
