Max,
Those are circa 1993 (+/-) per the Altec
catalog. It's really a little unclear what year they come from as they look like they could be a later version of the 9850-8A. As you will see, they only show the bass horn module but the catalog re-introduces the 515-8G back into service after almost 50 years. They also have some info on the 909 compression driver and the 90/40 horn used in that design.
Most of the "Altec guys" usually go after the original Lansing 515 driver produced from the 40s to 50s. Main reason was it had the Alnico magnet. After that they go after the 416 woofer, again Alnico. On the compression driver, they normally go after the 802D. It seems to be the best sounding driver of the lot and was normally mated to the 511b or the 811b sectoral horn.
If you look at the completed listings on eBay you'll see there isn't any price history on the new 515 drivers or on the completed speaker so Lord knows what they'll bring. Guessing, parted out, the woofers $300/pair, compression drivers $100/pr, horns maybe $50/pair, cabinets... likely nothing unless you find somebody local who wants them. Oh, these don't look to have crossovers in them since they have separate connections for high and low freqs. I could be wrong though.
That said, you might find someone interested in using the picking them up for the bass horns, shoving them in a corner (where they belong) and then doing something else to fill in above (say) 150Hz. Personally, I'd love to hear how the 'new' Altec bass horns sound.

Good luck with the sale!
