Sorry about that, now there's some space. The vdH optocoupler is still available, but the termination is toslink-toslink (not mini-toslink).

These are Tiffany-style connectors, all purchased from the one seller off of Audiogon who had them professionally terminated (not DIY, but DIY ain't bad if done right).
