Here is an Alchemist Hifi Product 8 line stage preamplifier. Please see the photos for the nice cosmetic condition. A couple of small nicks in the anodized top and bottom plates as well as some light marks in the pain on the rear.
The last range designed and built by Alchemist, the Product 8 series is the most neutral and transparent they made. Real Balanced ins and outs allow for super low noise floor and open sound. There is no built in phono but there are 3 RCA line input, a tape out, XLR out and RCA outs as well. The remote option was not included with this unit. The remote eye and VC motor are present, but the hand held was not purchased with this when new. A competent universal should have the volume and input controls as most UK hifi from this ere used the Sony or NEC standard IR codes. Note the S/N is 0001. This unit will kill a PS Audio 4.5 or 4.6, Any of the Adcoms ( Competes with a GFP 750 in active mode ), Rotels etc. Think Forte or Threshold but with life in the upper mids and NO grain.

This is a used preamplifier and carries NO warranty of any kind. It will not arrive DOA because it works.
Local pick up is OK. If you are local I will even bring it to you.
The preamp will weigh in at 22 lbs boxed. Original packing is not included but the unit will be properly packed for safe transport.
