Annual Three Rivers Arts Festival    Pittsburgh Pa.
Starts around June 1 st
Let me know if anyone from outside the area needs a place to stay for an evening or two to see a show or two. My wife an I may be able to host.

This used to be a three week festival! . Past highlights for me include Ricky lee Jones, and Jon lee Hooker
Joan Armatrading, Martin Sexton from various years.

Del McCoury Band is a must see if you like bluegrass. They've won all kinds of awards, both as a group and individually.

Don't discount Hornsby, either. Much better then Mandolin Rain would suggest...

I do like Bruce Hornsby from when I have seen him play with The Dead.
We have two more free summer long festivals.
I am only going to list the highlights for me.

So as you can see Pittsburgh offers alot of great FREE shows through out the summer.
