Blink 182
They changed very habits of since 1990 years. In today's demanding a 100% vegetarian menu, the trio cut their orders - scratching them with a pen - all soft drinks and energy drinks list, and cartons of cigarettes.
Previously, it was still claimed a magazine with pictures of lesbian girls in her dressing room.
Also, the group keeps asking for a film camera - currently, to Polaroid.

Ozzy Osbourne
Like Prince, also requires the presence of a professional to medicate him with a shot of B-12, if necessary.
An anti-inflammatory dose of Decadron may also be requested by the British singer before his shows.

50 Cent
He is well known for his outlaw past. He insists on not following the rules. In his list of demands, the rapper asks the provision in his dressing room a box of Cuban cigars Montecristo, whose marketing is prohibited in the US for decades.

Amy Winehouse
In her list of 2006 tour, highlights a big bottle of vodka and another of champagne as necessary to perform their shows, besides forty packs of cigarettes. More curious is the requirement for two sober roadies to "supply it" during presentations.

At my past hotel job, I saw the demands for the Beastie Boys when they were staying there.  It was about a page long and at the bottom they humorously put "a bar of solid gold".

At my current job, celebrities of all stripes are fairly common.  They can be demanding, but some of the "regular" rich people are just as bad or worse.

As a counterpoint I have read there are 2 good reasons for these strange and often lengthy demands:

1) To ensure that staff are paying attention: if items are missed or not followed up on and attention to detail is lacking on a list like this, then attention to detail could be lacking in other areas.

2) When touring your whole life is about being on the road, one place to the next to the next to the next, after a while you want any little thing that can help to make a concert venue feel cozy. Remember, they have to go on stage and make the money fans spent worthwhile since touring is where the real money is made. THe bigger the star the bigger the pressure will be and the more you'll want anything at all to keep you in 'the zone' for your performance. Between media, paparazzi, publicists, meetings, phone calls, and hangers-on, as well as a performance to give over and over - I don't blame them. Eminem wants a tub of fish, let him have a tub of fish.
