WTB: Hagerman Chime or HagDAC
« on: 21 Mar 2012, 10:43 pm »
It's probably a long shot, but I'm looking for a used Hagerman Chime or HagDAC.

(If you built the Chime and never quite got it to work properly, I'd still be interested, as I can do some basic troubleshooting myself, but the HagDAC part should still be functional.)

I've got a Hagerman DA-10, which is the upscale version of the Chime.  It was Jim Hagerman's prototype, so the cosmetics are slightly different than what's shown on the DA-10 page http://www.haglabs.com/da10.html.
I've modified it so that it accepts SPDIF input instead of USB but it could be easily switched back to USB input if that's of interest.

I hadn't really been thinking about selling it but I do have a few too many DACs right now.  Send me a PM with your thoughts on price you'd be willing to pay and we can discuss if it would work for me.
Thanks,
---Gary
