Digital Clock Upgrades

I'm looking to upgrade my Jolida JD100 CD player. One of the first things I'm going to upgrade is the digital clock. There are 3 digital clocks I'm aware of. The Audiocom Superclock II, LC Audio XO3 and the Trichord 4. I'm looking for any and all advise/suggestions on which digital clock would be my best choice. Cost is not an issue since they are all price about the same.

Thanks for the help,

Gary

You might ask a modder, like Dan Wright or Steve Nugent as they have probably compared them, I am not sure many others would have as much experience with that.

FWIW, I spoke to a modder in HK who said that the LClock sounds more clean and detailed while the Trichord sounds more warm and perhaps more musical.

Hi, I have good experience with Guido Tent's replacement clock.

I've had two generations of the LC Audio clocks. I installed the LClock XO2 in a Marantz CD-67 and my Denon 2900 has the LClock XO3. Both have performed in an exemplary fashion as far as I can tell.

A friend has the Tent clock in his Denon 2900 and it seems to work quite well. The players have very different mods so it's hard to compare the clocks directly but both are very nice to listen to.
