Nathan's celedon bamboo SongTowers
« on: 24 Feb 2012, 06:50 pm »
Celedon (a light green color) is becoming very fashionable these days.  Nathan, a native of Brooklyn, wanted to know if we could do a pair of bamboo SongTowers and finish it in this color. We had never done a pair of speakers in green before, so we were up for the task.

Here are the results...

And a close-up...

They are slightly more green than these photos show (washed out slightly by the flash).  But you get the idea.

Happy listening Nathan!

They are much greener in person.  And the bamboo grain comes through nicely.  Really very cool.

Wow, those are cool and I like the hard wood on the round over!

These are so great! I thought about doing something similar because I love green (my cat's room is all green). I love it, green towers!

That roundover is just the edge of the bamboo plywood. Not extra pieces necessary.
