I have a question regarding cartridge loading (resistance, not capacitance as this is a MC). I am trying to match a Van den Hul MC10 Special and a Benz-Micro T9 Lukaschek but have a question regarding the Input Impedance. The Van Den Hul recommended load Impedance is 200 Ohm while the Lukaschek has an Input Impedance of 22Kohm. How do I calculate the parallel resister required ( Y splitter) to make the match? Is it as simple as the usual resister in parallel calculation whereby a 22Kohm in parallel with a 200 ohm yields 198.2 ohm?
