This dac needs no introduction many rave reviews from 6moons to stereo mojo and here in Head-fi. Had this dac from a previous member here. Since then upgrade to many 12au7 and keep a Brimar Mullard England ECC82 12AU7 BVA Logo tube because it was overall the best with my system. Other sounded bright and other veiled but this Brimar it was perfect. Have not tried any 12au7 variant since. Decided to try different opamps as dagogo mentions, so brought LME49720 and LME49710. For me the opamps sounded more detailed but with the Brimar sounded more musical. I will include the stock tube and opamps along with the Brimar and upgraded opamps. This dac dont come often so this is a good chance to get one. Another thing about this dac is that if use with a quality cable it slight gets better, tried stock and a Pangea AC-14 and i could hear a slight difference. Not much like a tube or omamps upgrade but still a change to the better. Reason for selling is want to go to a single amp/dac enclosure. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees. Interested email me at
