This time my wife and I are going away for a few days. We are headed to the mountains. We have to hit the snow one more time this year before it all melts away. My kids will be left behind this time and their grandparents will be looking after them while we are away.

So calls to GR Research will be checked and if there is something that requires a response I will surely try to do so. Posting or PM'ing me here on AC will be a good way to reach me as I will have some Internet access and will try to respond in the evenings.

I will be here Monday morning until about noon. All orders from this weekend will ship on Monday. No other orders will go out until next week.

I won't be back until Friday night. Please me patient with me. It is the only time of the year that I have any time to take off (for any amount of time) that is not an audio show.

I think this is the first vacation I have taken alone with my wife since our one year aniversery. That was almost 19 years ago. 

After a long drive we made it to Colorado. We hit the slopes in the morning.

Funny thing is now that I am here I am on my wife's lap top answering questions and doing business.

Two days of hard skiing at Wolf Creek and all is well. I even hiked the peak and skied the bowl. Boy that was tough skiing. The snow was knee deep going through it.

I am still waiting for my wife to throw herself together this morning and it is giving me some time to post a bit. I won't be able to respond any more until tomorrow as I will be on the road all day today. It is a long drive back to Texas.

Wolf Creek is awesome! I snowboarded there once a couple years ago, gotta love the knee-deep powder! I'm guessing you are staying in Pagoda Springs. Hope you have a good drive back, it's pretty country up there.

We just get the EVOs and STIs out (when the iceboats are in their stalls) and race.... lot easier on the knees. Winter(Yankees audio season) is a wonderful thing, when you have "no place to go"

Maybe that is why the best months for audio are Jan. and Feb.

I guess the snow followed me back. We got about two inches of snow fall here in Texas last night.
