New crossover, different sized mount hole for the driver (I think), etc.  I am sure Jim will chime in.  Worse case scenario, ask Jim to help you sell the dome versions and then put that towards the RAAL's.

This has been discussed here before. Basically, it's not worth the time delay and the fairly high cost of cutting and refitting said speaker with a new crossover for a minimal to somewhat improvement.
