Zappa on vinyl

Good news for us Zappa fans:
I just heard from Gail Zappa and they are planning on releasing Frank's stuff on vinyl again.
I'm hoping sooner rather than later!
I have a few holes in my MOI collection so I'm excited about what they've got coming up.  The remastered Hot Rats they put on a year or two ago was just tremendous.

Nice! I have the "Shut Up and Play Yer Guitar" series and they are some of the best sounding vinyl I have.

Great news. That Hot Rats they put out a few years ago has gotten pricey. Hope that they send it out into the world again. Look forward to more details.

For now I will ponder whether to duplicate the core on vinyl I already have. Which for me is the key Zappa:

Apostrophe
Overnight Sensation
Hot Rats
Shiek Yerbouti.

Not yet. It is on the to-do list but wasn't as formative for me as the ones I listed above. Those were game changers for me.

I'll get them all but really need the majority of the original Mothers of Invention titles - I have a few on Verve which sound really good.

For later stuff I need a new copy of Roxy and Elsewhere.

The ones I still want to have on vinyl are:

Thingfish
The man from utopia
Meets the mothers of prevention, UK version
Shankar - Touch me there

I would love to have Lather and the yellow shark on vinyl.

I have got the rest allready, and my favorite is:

You can't do that on stage anymore vol. 2
