Interesting Record Store Visit
« on: 10 Jan 2012, 10:01 pm »
I was going to meet my wife for lunch downtown today. She told me that she was stuck in a meeting. Great news to me. Revolver Records is a few blocks away. :D I can kill an hour easy. I told her I will see her in an hour.
Well they open at 11am and I'm 10 min early. This friendly fellow pulls up and we chitchat for a bit. He is a very interesting guy, seems to know his Jazz and Blues. Much more than I. He introduced himself. Jake Feinberg is his name. He has a radio show out of Tucson. He interviews some of the artists that are still kicking. Here is his website. http://www.jakefeinbergshow.com/ You can listen to some of his interviews. Interesting chatting with him.

Oh, I also picked up a few records.
The Who, Live at Leeds. DECCA DL 79175
Van Morrison, Moondance
Nils Lofgren, Night after Night
Nils Lofgren, I came to dance
Rickie Lee Jones, Pirates
The Jeff Healey Band, Hell to Pay
