Several of my latest CD buys were inspired by suggestions you made on my topic. I look at it as soon as anyone posts on it, and regularly listen (at Amazon or the like) to suggestions made here.

A suggestion I would like to offer you is The 11th Hour.

First album is "The Burden of Grief" from 2009, the next album "Lacrima Mortis" is to be released in a few weeks.
Ed is a friend of mine, I hope you will be kind enough (if you like his stuff that is) to do some local plugging...

How have I "found" new music? Surfing Sirius Satelite Radio on my drive to work.

I know, I know, MP3 sound quality, etc. But it is just in the car and it has introduced me to music that our cow-town FM stations either do not have or will not play.

Music - it is all good no matter what it is playing on.

I experience two extremes between listening to my home audio equipment and then when I commute, I use my iPod with a cassette interface in my 1999 Corolla. I can not turn the volume up very high because it has a bad speaker, the downside is that when a large transport truck passes me, the road noise created by the truck overpowers my car stereo.

I don't think I would want a really good stereo in my truck. I would likely get to engaged in the music and less engaged in paying attention to the road..... :nono:   That can't be good for anyone. But it might explain some of the other drivers I have seen around town .

I have similar challenges in my 2000 camry... :(
