Those of us who have called VPI looking for Mike or Harry no doubt have spoken with Sheila first. For me she was a jolt of good old NY/NJ-speak, which was always welcome to this tranpslanted New Yorker living in Michigan.
She often helped me as a go-between with Mike in customer service. Always efficient and enerjetic. Sometimes I wondered if she just didn't run the whole place!
She could sure get things done.
Anyway, I didn't see this posted and thought the Vinyl Circle would be a good place. I'll miss her.
