350W at idle (!).  Couldn't fathom that for myself, but I imagine it sounds very nice?  And it's made in USA.

I am going to buy a couple LED Blubs to offset the 350W idle !   It makes a nice space heater too :)
You can't see it in the pic but there are 4 more mosfets located on the lower section of the driver board.
I will be comparing it to my Cherry Jr Digital Amp... :o

I'v seen pics of the Magnus MA 280 and MA 300 amp.  Those amps are like 160 pounds. There massive.

In winter I sorta miss my 40 watt chip monoblocks (replaced by 100 watt digital monoblocks) in my basement man cave.

I realize this is a very old topic but I cannot send PMs yet and am seeking information about the Magnus MA200 amplifier. Also notice this was sold not too long after being bought so if original owner (or other owners) can reply it would be greatly appreciated. General questions like why sold so soon after purchase, overall experience, how hot this amp gets under normal usage, and anything else that might be relevant as I am giving thought to buying one. Thx in advance!
