FS: ASL Wave 8 tube mono amplifiers
« on: 16 Dec 2011, 12:26 pm »
Hi,

I have a nice pair of ASL Wave 8 mono amplifiers that I'm letting go of. These are all original with no modifications. They are very nice little tube amps that produce 8 watts from a pair of 6BM8's. Flawless running, quiet as a church mouse and can drive pretty much any speaker of moderate efficiency on up to levels much greater than I care to listen at. Sound very nice doing so also.

These were originally purchased for back up or to run in second system. They have really seen more time in my mono system more than anything and don't get used much.

More photos provided on request/

IEC's
Gold Plated binding posts and RCA input
Tube cages included
Original boxes lost and not included with the amplifiers.
Sovtek 6BM8's

$260 for the pair plus shipping to your location.  I would accept PayPal if you want to pick up the fees or Postal Money Order.  Also, personal check (shipping after check clears the bank)

Thanks for looking!
RC

They are surprisingly competent and great sounding amplifiers particularly for the money.  I've owned three pair of these since they were introduced.  Never had any issues with any I have owned and these are no exception.
