What a GREAT Album!: Neil Young: Live at Massey Hall 1971

Sorry if this is well know to most of you all, but I am just right now  8) listening to this for the first time in my life, and I thought it deserved a topic for this great album. SO, this is what I think...

OMG, this is GREAT music, GREAT recording, great voice, great artist, great lyrics!!!

I am really really enjoying listening to this CD right now!

So, i thought I would share with my fellow AudioCircle virtual friends.  :D

If you think the CD sounds good, you should hear the LP !!!!!!
BTW, the Official Release Discs 1-4  box set is outstanding. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

I agree about this disc.

If you absolutely HATE Neil Young's whiny voice but like his music (like me) then give this album a listen.  He sings softly and sweetly without that strained whine he delivers with a band behind him.

I have had this dvd disc for a time and i love it also.  I have actually turned it in to an aiff file and use it in my iTunes.

Great songs and recording.

decal, as I got my system this year I made a decision to stick to digital. 

But, if there is a kind AudioCircle member in Houston with analog that wants to invite me to listen to this album, using this...uhmmm, old fashion way of playing music  :D, you know, needles and vinyl, well it wouldn't hurt my ears, right?

Wondering about that as well. The 200g ain't cheap. Guessing it's out of print? I have the cd and it's great.

Another great sounding Neil LP is LeNoise. Sounds much better than the CD, especially the low end.
