I was told by Chris at Bryston to leave the BDP-1 on at all times 24/7
Ok No problem ..... for some reason in the morning or in afternoon when go to Bryston max The BDP-1
Says Updating 1 ..... All the Time for a Min or 2 .....
Is it normal  ? 
I have not Ripped any more Cd's over the last batch from last week.
And even this morning I did a test ... I turned completely off the BDP-1 last night to see the end result.
sure enough the BDP-1 says Updating 1.

Are there updates that The BDP-1 receives from the Internet ... Titles, names, Album covers....Flac... ????

The BDP-1 checks every once in a while for any changes in the attached drives.
