I have been hearing that there is a Ref 20 coming out with more power. Jason, could you comment on what you expect the difference between Ref 18 and 20 will be in terms of power and sound? Aaand any projected schedule for offering this unit?

Not intending to fully hijack, but is there work being done on a V4 version, and when can we expect it?

Yes I am sure they are working on a v4 version but I do not expect it until 2013 or later.  No inside info just guessing. The v3 is really good so no need to upgrade unless there really is a true step forward.

More watts are ok, but it's the musical quality of those watts that count most 

There's a post on A-gon about the Ref 20 which i'm sure will elicit some "fine" responses from the tube and class A crowd (I could care less)
