Where does the iPhone mount?
Does anyone have room for these?
:icon_lol:I've just heard a bandsaw power up in Wright City
And now for the side view:
Those speakers are begging for a colonoscopy (sic)....
Uh? Ahem, Whatever happened to the concept of time-alignment? Sheesh. Another little nit to pick, do these even classify as horns? Considering the taper rate of what is seen, how do they get the rest of the horn in that rectangular box to get the throat size down small enough to make the driver a compression driver? I can only assume they are using a 24" Hartley-Luth or a 36" E-V, otherwise, what compression?!? The taper rate just looks all wrong for a bass horn in that it doesn't look that long and at termination the mechanical impedance should go to zip. Methinks a Klipschorn is effectively longer in terms of mechanical impedance, after all a horn is nothing but an analog equivalent of an impedance matching transformer between the moving mass of air and the driver cone. I'ld bet my CG's 6db/oct rolloff is a match for these in terms of smoothness and end point.Ken
