You must always trust others opinions over your own ears, especially if they're anonymous audio forum posters. Hell, everyone knows that if it's printed it must be true.
Of course, if you go that route you'll find that no matter what you buy someone will criticize it and/or tell you there's something better. Then you're off to buy another new amp.
Or, you could just enjoy the "good sound" that you've been deluded into enjoying over the years. Can you guess what I recommend?
